Voice over work is work, of course. And any voiceover work deserves hard work. But, darn it, it’s so much fun, too!

May you all have a happy and safe Fourth of July weekend. It’s my sincere hope that each of you remembers what the cost of freedom is, and that you do so this weekend together with those you love and hold dear.

Never think you have all the time in the world. Time’s a funny thing, and each of us can run out without notice.

Happy Tuesday to all.

A voice can easily give away the way a person feels; it can affect the way we feel when we hear it. Can’t it? It has the ability to fill us with dread—or inspiration. What kind is your voice today?

Something about Sundays. A time to look at everything done in the last week. To plan for the upcoming week. For those of you old enough to remember the muscle cars of the 50s and 60s (those were the REAL muscle cars, folks!), a time to downshift from 4th to 3rd.

My goodness.  Another month gone.

Listen.  Hear those voices?  All around you, aren’t they?  Trick is to pick out the ones that are worth listening to.  Watch this site for the arrival of my “Heartfelt Commercials.” Coming soon.  Be prepared to slam the brakes on, though.  They don’t hype you up to full speed.  On the contrary, they slow you WAY down and turn your ears, eyes and heart toward some things that actually make you feel something real.  Imagine that.

Don’t know about you, but I’m very ready for “real.”
